We are a fast-growing company looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to develop and manage relationships with new clients. This is strictly an outside sales position focused on generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals through IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and service delivery teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM systems.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the Managed IT or technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, and cybersecurity products.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
